Pricing FAQ
How is my fare calculated?
Your fare is calculated using our transparent formula: Base Fare + (Per Mile Rate × Distance) + (Per Minute Rate × Estimated Time). Any applicable fees (airport, time of day, holidays) are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For corporate accounts, we also offer invoicing and bank transfer options.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in the fare. You can add a tip during the Stripe payment process. The industry standard is 15-20% for excellent service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full fare.
